According to the impact of ultraviolet radiation on the human body and the different radiation wavelengths, can be divided into long-wave ultraviolet (UVA, wavelengths of 315 ~ 400 nm), medium-wave ultraviolet (UVB, wavelengths of 280 ~ 315 nm) and short-wave ultraviolet (UVC, wavelengths of 200 ~ 280 nm) three major categories. The shorter the wavelength, the higher the energy, and on the contrary, the longer the wavelength, the better the penetration. Disinfection using UVC band of ultraviolet light, its wavelength range is 200 ~ 275nm, the strongest bactericidal effect of the wavelength of 253.7nm.
