Continuous efforts, AIRTECH edited the release of clean room and related controlled environment standards, successfully shortlisted for the 2022 annual speciality small and medium-sized enterprises, biological safety cabinet products to complete the continuation of the U.S. NSF and the European Union TÜV certification!

I. Editor-in-chief of national standards for the clean industry

It is reported that the national standard GB/T 25915.14-2022 ‘Clean room and related controlled environment Part 14: Evaluation of equipment suitability according to particle concentration’ has been formally released on 30th December 2022 and will be formally implemented on 1st July 2023 with AIRTECH as the first chief editor.

GB/T 25915 adopts the ISO14644 series of international standards, and the settings of each part are consistent with the international standards. ISO14644 is the ‘International Standard for Clean Rooms and Associated Controlled Environments’, which, as the name suggests, is a standard requirement for clean rooms, and is recognised around the world. Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments provide contamination control at levels appropriate for contaminant-sensitive operations that benefit products and processes in industries such as aerospace, microelectronics, optics, nuclear energy, and life sciences (pharmaceutical, medical, food).

The National Standard for Cleanrooms and Associated Controlled Environments consists of 14 parts, and this time our company is the chief editor of the 14th part, that is, assessing the suitability of equipment according to the concentration of particles, the purpose is to determine the suitability of equipment through the testing of related equipment that may produce particle contamination in the cleanroom.

Sujing Antai has the leading air purification technology in China, and is the leader in air purification industry. For many years, we have been the editor of national and industrial standards in this field, and before that, we also edited Part 7 of GB/T 25915 2010 edition and Part 1 of 2021 edition.

II. Awarded the title of Specialised, Special Purpose and New SMEs

Recently, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of specialised, special and new small and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu Province for the year of 2022 and the list of enterprises that passed the review, and Sujing Antai Company was successfully selected!

Specialised, fine, special and new’ SMEs refer to SMEs with the characteristics of “specialisation, refinement, special features and novelty”, and the scale of the enterprise must comply with the provisions of the national “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Delineation Standard”.

In the Interim Measures for the Management of Quality SME Cultivation, issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the exploration and cultivation of quality SMEs are divided into three grades: innovative SMEs, specialised SMEs, and specialised ‘small giants’ enterprises.

The title of ‘speciality, speciality and new’ small and medium-sized enterprises is another affirmation of Sujing Antai's strength in manufacturing, technology research and development, management and operation, business development and customer service.

Next, we will play the role of ‘speciality, speciality and new’ small and medium-sized enterprises as a benchmark, focus on market segments, focus on the main business, and constantly improve the innovation ability, enhance the core competitiveness, and strive to be the front-runner of high-quality development.

 III．Completion of NSF/TÜV renewal certification

Recently, AIRTECH 01/02 series, 03 series of biological safety cabinets successfully passed the U.S. NSF/ANSI 49, the European Union TÜV: EN12469 continuation of the certification and obtain the relevant performance test report.

The US NSF and EU TÜV certification systems are of great significance to the industry, users and manufacturing units. The fact that a credible, objective and independent third-party monitoring organisation, recognised by both the public and the government, has tested and verified that a product complies with a specific standard means that the product bearing the mark has been rigorously tested and is guaranteed to be fit for purpose. This means that the products bearing this mark have been rigorously tested and are guaranteed to the user. As you can see, this type of certification is extremely stringent and authoritative, and it is of great significance in the industry.

As the first step to export overseas, our biological safety cabinet products are the industry's early access to the United States NSF and the European Union TÜV certification of one of the units, after the certification of our safety cabinets exported in large quantities to Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, and many countries with certification requirements, the product has been recognised.

Due to the improvement of the performance of the product itself and the deadline for certification, this time to successfully complete the continuation of the NSF and TÜV certification, also reflects the comprehensive strength of AIRTECH and high-quality product performance, but also for the AIRTECH brand recognition again.
